EXPRESS BOOTCAMP IS TAKING OFF! Thanks for taking the opportunity to get a great workout with Peter every Monday night @6:30pm.
Another trial class is coming! 20 minute abs! Monday morning at 5:40am. Warm up your core before you get on the bike and spin for an hour. If we get at least 10 participants consistently each week the class will continue through the winter!

Childrens' Swim Lessons at Supreme

Second session for the fall swim lessons will start the week of November 25. It is a 4 week session ending the week of Dec. 16. Classes held are on Tuesday and Thursday, 30 min. classes running from 5:30 - 7:30. Please contact Randi Smith at randi.j.smith@gmail.com for available spots and pricing. Where do you work?
Michael works in IT at the Department of Transportation, and you can also catch him DJing around town from time to time.
Jessica is the Massage Therapy Program Chair and instructor at Globe University, and also maintains a private massage therapy practice, Papercrane Massage Therapy.
What are some of your hobbies/sports you participate in?
We both love to dance- we were recently at a wedding, and several guests asked if we had been hired to get the dance floor warmed up. (Anyone want to hire us?) Jess has an insatiable addiction to sneakers, and teaches hip hop classes at Dance Fabulous. Mike practices Hwa Rang Do, a Korean martial art. He recently achieved his black sash status, which is a pretty huge-and rare- accomplishment. We are also not ashamed to admit that we love TV!
How long have you lived in Madison?
Jess: I'm originally from Grafton (north of Milwaukee), then spent a few years living in the Fox Valley. I moved to Madison in 2002, and it's crazy to think I've been here a decade! Mike grew up in Racine, and moved to Madison in the mid-90's. We met via mutual friends, and yes, I moved here to be close to him, but don't tell him that.
Do you have any children?
No kids, but we have two hilarious cats: McGee and Justin Timberlake. We think Justin might be part squirrel, and maybe part dog. He plays fetch, steals our food off our plates, and catches treats out of the air and eats them out of his "hands". McGee is your standard scaredy-cat, but we love him.
What is your favorite part about being a member at Supreme Health and Fitness?
It feels like home- even if we haven't trained in a while, it feels so welcoming to be there. The trainers are all ridiculously educated and amazing, the members are all down to Earth and friendly, and it just feels great to be part of that community.
Anything else?
Both of us are guilty of singing/dancing on the treadmill.

Earn Your Thanksgiving!

Just because the holidays are here, does not mean you have to stress about what will be at your family's dinner table. This Thanksgiving, set a goal to do something active in the morning to offset the calories taken in at dinner. Many people in Madison participate in the famous Berbee Derbee 5K/10K Run/Walk while others spend their morning at Supreme taking advantage of our classes offered on Thanksgiving Day. Regardless of what you decide to do for an activity on Thanksgiving morning, please make the decision with your friends and family to do something. Weight loss really is a simple equation of calories in vs. calories out. We all know calories will be coming in this Thursday, so it's our job to make sure we spend some as well!
