CASN Digital Health Nursing Faculty Peer Network

CASN is creating a Digital Health Nursing Faculty Peer Network to provide nursing faculty with support to;
 

1)      build their knowledge in the area of digital health; and

2)      increase faculty's readiness to teach this content and integrate it through undergraduate nursing                courses.


 

The Peer Network will allow any nursing faculty from a CASN member school to connect with nursing faculty who are champions of digital health in nursing education - the Digital Health Nursing Faculty Peer Leaders. The Peer Leaders are well-equipped to mentor other nursing faculty on preparing nursing students to enter technology-enabled work environments.


 

CASN can connect you with a Peer Leader. If you are a nursing faculty at a CASN member school interested in being mentored in the area of digital health, please send an email to [email protected].

Le r�seau de pairs en sant� num�rique du corps professoral des sciences infirmi�res

L'ACESI met pr�sentement sur pied le r�seau de pairs en sant� num�rique du corps professoral des sciences infirmi�res afin d'aider le personnel enseignant des sciences infirmi�res �;

  1. cr�er sa propre base de connaissances en mati�re de sant� num�rique
  2. accro�tre sa capacit� � enseigner cette mati�re et d'int�grer celle-ci dans les cours de premier cycle en sciences infirmi�res.

Le r�seau de pairs permettra � toute enseignante en sciences infirmi�res d'une �cole membre de l'ACESI de communiquer avec les championnes de la sant� num�rique dans l'enseignement des sciences infirmi�res, soit les pairs chefs de file en sant� num�rique du corps professoral des sciences infirmi�res. Les pairs chefs de file sont bien outill�s pour encadrer d'autres enseignantes en sciences infirmi�res dans la pr�paration des �tudiantes � faire partie de milieux de travail ax�s sur la technologie.   


 

L'ACESI peut vous mettre en contact avec un pair chef de file. Si vous �tes une enseignante d'une �cole membre de l'ACESI qui cherche � �tre encadr�e dans le domaine de la sant� num�rique, veuillez envoyer un courriel � [email protected]

CASN is launching an online course on the Scholarship of Discovery starting October 2015.  This course will be for faculty who work in schools that are not research-intensive.
