We are seeking an individual for Executive Assistant, who enjoys attention to detail and organization, is friendly to clients and who is willing to jump in and work on any project that comes across their desk. Duties also include: 
  • Answering phones
  • Managing Principal's calendar and expenses
  • Drafting Engagement Letters and other correspondence
  • Client/file set up and closure
  • Document Management, including filing and scanning
  • Maintain break room/storage room and identify supplies needed for both
  • Billing
  • Database development and maintenance
  • Data Entry
