MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
Monday, November 30th
Kickoff: 5:30 PM
BALTIMORE RAVENS at the
CLEVELAND BROWNS

Once again, EYC Monday Night Football attendees and guests were treated to a great meal (as prepared by Mark & Irm Bernhard) and a pretty good football game with the Patriots surviving a late rally by Buffalo to remain undefeated. For the third week in a row, we had an exceptional turnout and by all measures the New England Clam Chowder, Lobster & Shrimp Linguine and Buffalo Wings were a huge success. It was (without a doubt) the best dinner value on the island.  Many "thanks" to Mark & Irm for all of their efforts.

This Monday, Cal State University Ph.D. Jenn O will be teaming up with
Tom Sheehan on what will truly be a Dumpling Extravaganza. Jenny will be preparing (with Tom watching very closely) an assortment of dumplings for EYC members and guests. The menu will include:
Shui Mai (steamed pork & shrimp), Fried Wontons (pork & shrimp), steamed shrimp dumplings, curried vegetable fried wonton (vegetarian), steamed
ginger-spinach tofu dumplings (vegetarian) with traditional Cantonese fried rice and assorted dipping sauces.

Monday Night Football is a great opportunity to stop by EYC and visit with other members and guests and enjoy the game. Dinner is usually presented at half time so bring along an appetizer for all to share.

The bar IS open for MNF and is manned by our regular bartenders on a volunteer basis. Really, they volunteer for this.

EYC Monday Night Football is a great way to meet other members, have fun and try out a new dish. There will be additional information in future Signal Flag issues.

See you all on Monday, November 30th!
