MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
Monday, November 23rd
Kickoff: 5:30 PM
BUFFALO BILLS at the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

This past Monday, EYC Monday Night Football attendees and guests were treated to a great meal (as prepared by Keith Rarick & Cathy Erbland) as well as a pretty good football game. The Texans narrowly beat the previously undefeated Bengals 10-6. Once again, we had an exceptional turnout and by all measures the 5 Way Cincinnati Chili entre was a huge success. Thanks to Keith and Cathy for their efforts.

This Monday plan on joining guest chefs Mark & Irm Bernhard. Mark & Irm will be preparing a special "Northeast" influenced menu which will include fresh New England Clam Chowder, Lobster & Shrimp Linguine, Buffalo Wings and a salad. As some of you know, Mark and Irm know their way around the EYC kitchen and always provide members and guests a great dining experience.

Given this extraordinary menu and to better gauge the number of attendees, if you are planning on joining us for the game, please email Mark Bernhard and let him know in advance. Mark's email address:

Monday Night Football is a great opportunity to stop by EYC and visit with other members and guests and enjoy the game. Dinner is usually presented at half time so bring along an appetizer for all to share.

The bar IS open for MNF and is manned by our regular bartenders on a volunteer basis. Really, they volunteer for this.

EYC Monday Night Football is a great way to meet other members, have fun and try out a new dish. There will be additional information in future Signal Flag issues.

See you all on Monday, November 23rd!
