MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
Monday, October 26th
Kickoff: 5:30 PM
BALTIMORE RAVENS at the ARIZONA CARDINALS

Many thanks to Hal & Laurie Lynam for preparing a great menu for last Monday's rather boring Giants vs. Eagles football game. The EAST COAST DINING experience (Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches, Tastykake Bakery selections, and Wyse Potato Chips) along with some locally prepared potato salad, appeared to satisfy just about everyone attending......except some of the Giants fans.

This Monday, come on over and join your fellow EYC members and guests for the RAVENS vs. CARDINALS game. EYC Chef Manny Rodriguez will be preparing his annual "Taco Bar" including hard tacos and soft tortillas with beef and all of the toppings with rice and beans as side dishes. Manny as guest chef is always a popular evening so try to stop by.

NOTE: Due to a special event on November 2nd, the next Monday Night Football game will be the Bears vs Chargers game on November 9th. Never had a genuine "Chicago Style Hot Dog" or a real "Chicago Style Italian Beef Sandwich"........you might want to mark your calendar. Tom Sheehan and Hal Lynam will be preparing a "Taste of Chicago" for the Bear's game on the 9th.

We do have one open date for a "guest chef". Check out the schedule on the bar and if you would like to test your culinary skills using your fellow EYC members as "critics", your participation would be most welcome.

The bar IS open for MNF and is manned by our regular bartenders on a volunteer basis. Really, they volunteer for this.

EYC Monday Night Football is a great way to meet other members, have fun and try out a new dish. There will be additional information in future Signal Flag issues.

See you all on Monday!
