Greetings!

WHY I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT 2013!

You may already know this, but on Dec 21st, 2012 a 25,625 year cycle ended. A new cycle began. The window of global change is opening....

So 2013 is pretty much the most transformational year in over 26,000 years!

I'm sure I don't have to tell you that 2012 was a REALLY tough year for everyone. It was a year of things dying to make way for rebuilding and rebirth.

In 2013, especially after the Chinese New Year on February 20th 2013, I believe that 2013 will be a very auspicious year of abundance and starting anew.

Expect to see people seeking change and transformation who you thought never would. We are entering a new era of expanded consciousness and more balance between masculine and feminine forces.

The best is yet to come!

In love and service,

Rose

P.S. We have some exciting stuff coming up in 2013, so keep your eyes peeled! We're going to be doing a complete rebranding here at Wellness With Rose, and I have a few other things up my sleeve. ;)

7 Steps To Grab 2013 By The Cojenes

Yep, by this time most people have already dropped their New Years Resolutions. But there's still hope! Here are 7 steps I use to start my year off right.

1. GET CLEAR ABOUT YOUR DESIRES
Define what success looks like for 2013. Map what you learned from your successes and failures of 2012, and think about what you want to change in the year ahead. Envision exactly what you want the year to look like.  Maybe write a list by month, a year-end letter to yourself, or build a dream board, but don't go into 2013 without knowing what you want success to look like.

2. BE TRUE TO YOUR VALUES
Make a list of what's important to you on a personal level. It's so easy to get caught up in the treadmill of life and forget that these values and principles should guide our decisions around how we live and work. Use these values as guide posts throughout the year ahead to make decisions about where to spend your time and attention.

3. GRATITUDE IS KEY
Studies show that grateful people are happy people! Start every day with gratitude and thanks, even if you have to start with the small stuff.

It's the best gift you'll give yourself.

4. DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF
Time is the most valuable commodity we're given. Most of us waste WAY too much time on small, insignificant, time-sucking, going nowhere crap. Make a list of the things you do that waste time and what higher leverage activities you're going to replace them with. You are the sum of all of your parts, relationships, and actions, so spend your time wisely.
Spend it generously with people who matter, and design time into your day that is only for you.

5. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH HIGH VIBRATIONAL PEOPLE
Spend more time with people who see you as your higher self and will call you out and hold you accountable. Drop the drama...

It's costing you more than you realize to allow people to bring their drama into your life.  Make a decision to this year to draw some boundaries and distance yourself from people who are energy vampires.

  6. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE
There's nothing that will help you grow more than getting out of your comfort zone and learning to do something new. What have your always been curious about or wanted to do? Let this be the year that you ride a horse, run a marathon, sing, or scuba dive, and watch many other areas of your life expand as well.

7. BE BOLD AND BE YOURSELF
This is a short life, and it's over in the blink of an eye. You don't have to wait until you're 90 to be eccentric.  What if you didn't follow the crowd, but actually did what YOU want to do?  Remind yourself about what makes you tick and what makes you unique. It takes guts to be bold and proud of who you are... let this be the year!
