The Fall Festival is the sole fundraiser for the RTC Parents Club. The organization's main focus is to assist the teachers and students of RTC ISD by helping to purchase needed supplies for the classrooms as well as assist with classroom functions throughout the year. Examples of items recently purchased are: globes, atomic clocks & printer for yearbook staff. The resulting works of art reflect on each artist s version of their Texas Experience; the diverse topography and cultural landscape, the past, present, and future of the Lone Star State, and the emotional impact of being a Texan.
