The NAMC is very excited to announce its Return to Work Program. This program is designed to serve NAMC members who, after an extended absence, are seeking to re-enter the workforce.

No matter how old your children are, whether they're starting a new school, returning to the same school or a bit of both, this time of year has its challenges.
- The daily routine will most likely need to change.
- Evenings and weekends will have to accommodate homework.
- There may be additional after-school activities.
- Not to mention buses and other transportation needs.
The most important thing you can do for yourself and your children is to create a plan, talk about the plan and then stick to the plan. By communicating this plan ahead of time and then being consistent about your routine, everyone will have greater peace.
