SharePoint 2010 Classes Coming Soon
Has your organization implemented Microsoft SharePoint? Are you still a little confused about how to find what you're looking for, view and edit documents on the sites you have access to, or even navigate around in a site?

We've been working on a brand new SharePoint 2010 curriculum for the past few months, and we plan to start adding SharePoint classes to our public schedule this summer. Watch upcoming newsletters, our website, or our Facebook page for details!

New Virtual Classroom Schedule
The course schedules for public classes in the virtual classroom from April through June are now available. The schedule includes a variety of Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, OneNote, and Windows 90 Minute Workouts, as well as several one-on-one application support sessions. See our course catalog for complete descriptions.

We currently offer Office 2007 and 2010 classes in our virtual classroom. Be sure to choose the appropriate version when you register.

Still using Office 2003? Sign up for a one-on-one application support session, or contact us to schedule a private class for up to ten people from your organization.

Take just 90 minutes out of your day to learn a new skill or two, and realize the benefits in increased productivity immediately!

Tip of the Month

Editing a Received Message in Outlook

Sometimes you may want to save a message for future reference, but make some minor change to it first. For example, perhaps the message started as a string about a different topic, and the original subject line no longer applies to the current message. You can change the subject line before filing the message, so you can find it more easily later.

You may also want to add a brief note or reminder to yourself above the original message, without actually sending that note as a reply. Editing the message lets you type that note within the original message, so you see it when you view the message again later.

To edit a message you received, follow these steps.
  1. Double-click the message to open it in its own window.
    .
  2. Do one of the following, depending on your version of Outlook:
Outlook 2010: On the Message tab, in the Move group, click the Actions button and select Edit Message.
Outlook 2007: Select Actions, Edit Message.
Outlook 2003: Select Edit, Edit Message.
  3. Add the necessary text to the message, or modify the subject as appropriate.
    .
  4. Press Ctrl + s to save your changes; then press Esc to close the message window.
