DON'T JUST CHECK THE BOX.  We are entering into the holiday season where it is easy to just check off the boxes of responsibilities and activity. This week Pastor Scott Pattison's message "Making Connections - Luke 10:1-11" continues the series.

Operation Christmas Child

Collection week for Operation Christmas Child ends Monday, November 23rd, but it's not too late! You can be a part of this vital ministry by packing a shoe box gift for a needy child in another country and deliver it here today through Monday between noon and 6:00pm.
Every shoe box gift is an opportunity for a child to hear the message of the Gospel, so start packing! Remember, Pastor Scott has challenged the Sonrise congregation to collect 1,000 boxes. Learn more about packing a shoe box here!
FUEL THIS SUNDAY

The mind can be a crazy thing. It gives us weird dreams, random thoughts, and crazy ideas seemingly out of nowhere. A lot of times, we just sort of let our minds wander because it feels like we don't have much control over our thoughts. As we close out this series, we look back one more time to Paul and his thoughts on thinking in the book of Philippians. He points us to where God wants our thoughts to go. And when we start thinking in an out-of-this-world way, the whole direction of our lives will begin to move in that direction as well.

The Christmas Experience boxes will be available this Sunday in the Gathering Room while supplies last. The cost of the box is only $10 and through the four-week self-guided "Christmas Experience," you will be resourced by our team to engage your kids with media, outings, challenges, projects and CONVERSATION! This is an Experience not to be missed!

College Students and Young Adults
Join us Saturday, November 28th at Sonrise SW Campus for a Thanksgiving Break Gathering from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

Plan to join us for an Evening of Gratitude, a time to worship and give thanks as we enter the holiday season, at 6:30pm on Tuesday evening, Nov. 24.

Christmas Eve Services will be held at 3:00, 4:30, 6:00, 7:30 and 9:00pm at the SW campus and *5:00pm at the Roanoke campus (*please note the time change at Roanoke).
