Operation Christmas Child

Collection week for Operation Christmas Child starts on Monday! You can be a part of this vital ministry by packing a shoe box gift for a needy child in another country.
 
Every shoe box gift is an opportunity for a child to hear the message of the Gospel, so start packing! Pastor Scott has challenged the Sonrise congregation to collect 1,000 boxes - you can drop yours off this Sunday, or between noon and 6 p.m. every day next week, or bring it next Sunday! FUEL THIS SUNDAY

FUEL Students, we're beginning a new series this week called Out of This World.  Have you ever moved to a new town or started going to a new school? Think about how you felt on your first day there. Chances are you probably felt a little confused. Has being a Christian ever felt like this to you? Paul wrote about this exact feeling to believers in the church of Philippi. And as we look at what he tells them in the book of Philippians, we'll see that it's not where we are, but who we are that really defines us.

The Christmas Experience boxes will be available this Sunday in the Gathering Room while supplies last. The cost of the box is only $10 and through the four-week self-guided "Christmas Experience," you will be resourced by our team to engage your kids with media, outings, challenges, projects and CONVERSATION! This is an Experience not to be missed!

Plan to join us for an Evening of Gratitude, a time to worship and give thanks as we enter the holiday season, at 6:30pm on Tuesday evening, Nov. 24.

Looking ahead: Christmas Eve Services will be held at 3:00, 4:30, 6:00. 7:30 and 9:00pm at the SW campus and 7:00pm at the Roanoke campus.
