DON'T JUST CHECK THE BOX.  We are entering into the holiday season where it is easy to just check off the boxes of responsibilities and activity. This season we want you to do more than just check off "the box". If you missed last week, Pastor Scott Pattison started the series and taught on "Setting the Table". This week, Pastor Scott Greene will be teaching on The "Out Reach" Box.  You won't want to miss it!
FUEL THIS SUNDAY:
We wrap up our series, Real Talk, this week.  A lot of us treat prayer like the old only-for-one-kind-of-thing telephone. We know how to ask for stuff, but we haven't learned all of the other things we can do with prayer. And so, we are missing out. That's why, this week, we're going to explore four other things you can do with prayer that may surprise you. As we look at examples from Scripture of real people who really prayed this way, you may find the courage to try something new as well.
 

The four week Christmas Experience boxes will be available this Sunday in the Cafe area while supplies last. The cost of the box is only $10 and through the four week self-guided "Christmas Experience", you will be resourced by our team to engage your kids with media, outings, challenges, projects and CONVERSATION! This is an Experience not to be missed!

Operation Christmas Child
It's time to start packing shoe boxes! The collection week for Operation Christmas Child is just around the corner - Nov. 16-23. Every shoe box gift is an opportunity for a child to hear the message of the Gospel, so start packing! Boxes can be dropped off at the SW campus daily between the hours of 12:00 and 6:00pm.   • Update-Surviving The Holidays-
    If you've experienced loss, the holidays can seem overwhelming. Gain support and a new perspective by attending Surviving the Holidays, a seminar designed to help anyone who is struggling with grief. Join us in the SW Garage on Nov. 9 from 6:30-8:30pm. Roanoke campus will not be hosting a separate seminar. Please register here but, pre-registration is NOT required to attend.
     
  • Plan to join us for an Evening of Gratitude, a time to worship and give thanks as we enter the holiday season, at 6:30pm on Tuesday evening, Nov. 24th. 
     
  • Looking ahead: Christmas Eve services are planned for 3:00, 4:30, 6:00, 7:30 and 9:00pm at the SW campus and 7:00pm at the Roanoke campus.
