Are you new to Sonrise and interested in learning more about the church and how to get connected? Join us for NEXT on Sunday, March 15 - it's an opportunity to meet with a pastor or two and others new to Sonrise so you can learn more about the church. We'll share with you a bit of our history and our mission of Life Change. We'll talk about children's ministry and student ministry, Life Groups and service opportunities; we'll answer your questions and take a brief tour of the facility. Join us in the Garage at 9:30 or 11 a.m. for an hour of learning about what is NEXT for you at Sonrise.
 

FUEL students, we're tackling Hooked starting this week... it's a series about temptation that is good follow-up to our dating series and is very timely with Spring Break just around the corner! Join us Sunday evening to talk about Bait & Switch. We'll look at the ways that temptation tricks us by hiding the real danger behind lies and false promises. In the Bible, Jesus' brother James reminds us that we have a choice. When we recognize the lies and look for the danger there, we will find the strength to resist them and win the battle against temptation.

 

Are you separated, divorced or just considering these actions? DivorceCare can give you a godly perspective. DivorceCare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. Our DivorceCare group will meet for the first time this coming Monday, at 7 p.m. The cost for materials is $15. Registration is not required -- just come and get connected.

Are you interested in growing in your faith and discovering your ministry strengths? We encourage you to attend the four-part series Discover Sonrise Church, consisting of four spiritual growth classes designed to explore ways to accomplish our mission of Life Change. The classes meet one Sunday afternoon per month (beginning March 22) for four consecutive months. Learn more and register to attend at sonrisechurch.info.
