SUMMER CAMP IS AROUND THE CORNER! Camp is a big deal here at Sonrise, and it's time to get fired up!

This week we celebrate Camp Sunday! This is the Sunday when our congregation celebrates the adventure, spiritual growth, and deep connections that occur at summer camp!! Representatives from all our summer camps will be on hand to answer questions and enroll elementary, middle and high school students on the spot between the morning services. We have instituted streamlined registration - just a single sheet of paper! - for anyone attending from Sonrise. Register this Sunday for the $429 early bird pricing; the cost will go up after April 21.

Get these camp dates on your calendar!

High School: That Thing is June 14-19
Middle School:
Camp Adventure is July 19-24
Elementary School:
Camp Lakewood July 12-17

FUEL students, for the third session of our OBSESSED series, we will be separating the girls from the boys for our teaching time and small groups. We have been discussing the topic of dating and looking at what God's Word tells us about it. Tonight we will shift gears and address a few issues that are a potential threat and obstacle to our students' current and future relationships.

Parents, please know that the girls will be discussing topics such as modesty, self-worth and purity. The boys will focus on temptation, lust and purity. These discussions will take place by grade and gender with Youth Coaches facilitating the discussion. This is our attempt to help students self-identify any area of struggle and then reframe those areas and move forward in a better direction according to God's Word. Your child may not be dating or have any current obstacles, but odds are that dating and the desire to do so are just around the corner. This will be a valuable discussion for all students.
