It's a new year, and we are diving into a new study called Fully Known and Outrageously Supported.  This is a great starting point for friends, so bring a few!

 

Financial Peace University will be offered on Monday evenings at 6:30 p.m. from January 19-March 16, 2015. FPU is a biblically based curriculum that teaches people how to handle money, eliminate debt and save for the future God's way. The cost of the kit is $100, payable the night of the first class. Attend the first session for free before you pay! Please register at sonrisechurch.info.

*If you are an FPU graduate, we invite you to brush up on the basics at a refresher course being held at Sonrise SW on January 12 at 6:30 p.m.

 

Are you new to Sonrise and interested in learning more about the church and how to get connected? Join us for NEXT on January 18 - it's an opportunity to meet with a pastor or two and others new to Sonrise so you can learn more about the church. We'll share with you a bit of our history and our mission of Life Change. We'll talk about children's ministry and student ministry, Life Groups and service opportunities; we'll answer your questions and take a brief tour of the facility. Join us in the Garage at either 9:30 or 11 a.m. for an hour of learning about what is NEXT for you at Sonrise.


Moms, carve out some special time with your little man -- take him to Mother-Son Action Hero Night at Chick-fil-A/Jefferson Pointe on Monday evening, January 26. He'll have a super-fun dinner with Mom, complete a special craft and visit with some giant shape transforming robots!!

Admission is free but does not include the cost of food. Reservations are required, and they will go quickly, so sign up beginning Sunday, Jan. 4 at eventbrite.com for a 5:00, 6:00 and 7:00 seating.
