Be a part of the celebration of life change at our annual, all-campus baptism this Sunday, Aug. 24! Gather with us on the lawn around the pond to witness the joy of water baptism -- bring blankets or lawn chairs to sit on! Then stay for a catered church picnic, games and inflatables for the kids, and great fellowship!

If you love kids and are looking for a way to serve, we would love your help as a MOPPETS caregiver - you could commit for the entire season or just serve periodically.

• If you are separated, divorced or just contemplating these actions, Divorce Care can give you a godly perspective. Divorce Care is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. Our Divorce Care group will meet at Sonrise Church on Monday evenings at 7 p.m. beginning September 8th. The cost is $15 for materials. Ken Drummond will be leading the group. Registration is not required -- just come and get connected.
• We're planning a work trip to Haiti January 17-23, 2015. Our group will be serving in various ways with our partner Jesus in Haiti ministries, located about an hour north of Port Au Prince. This trip is open to adults. If you're interested, please pick up an information packet today at the Welcome Center.
• Our youth ministry is looking for adults with a heart for young people to serve in our FUEL ministry on Sunday evenings this school year. Contact Pastor Weaz weaz@sonrisechurch.info if you'd like to:
