Congratulations, Graduates!

It's a privilege to celebrate with our students at the milestones of their lives, especially something as significant as graduation from high school and college! This Sunday we'll honor several with special awards for their commitment and involvement at Sonrise. 

Moms and Dads, if you weren't here last Sunday, be sure to pick up a water bottle in the lobby this Sunday! We're collecting change this month to support Let Them LOL, an organization that drills wells in Sierra Leone to provide clean water.

Plan to come back at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 28 for the Water Walk, where you can help your children learn about the world water crisis and how they can make a difference! This is a family event that will end with a huge celebration of what our collected monies will accomplish!

Sonrise Church will be taking 100 leaders to the Global Leadership Summit, put on by Willow Creek but held in Fort Wayne, on August 14 and 15, 2014.  

Sonrise values raising up Christ-centered leaders in order to impact our church, our community, our schools and the world! This two-day event will be instrumental in growing Christian leaders in our church and throughout the community.

• Young adults, college students and new high school grads, pick up one of our Young Adult summer schedules at the welcome center. We're meeting for worship this Wednesday at 7:30 at the church! • Mark your calendar for our annual Baptism Celebration -- Sunday afternoon, Aug. 24. We will be baptizing people from all three of our campuses outside by the pond, followed by dinner together as a church body. Please plan to join us for this great celebration of God's goodness to our church and new life in Christ!
