We're excited to welcome Tom Osbeck, executive director of Jesus in Haiti Ministries, to our services this Sunday! Sonrise Church has supported JiHM for many years, both financially and through prayer and volunteerism. In fact, our youth team just returned from serving at JiHM earlier this month!! Tom is here to give us an update on construction of Grace Emmanuel School and other projects that Sonrise has supported. It will be a blessing to have him with us!

Baby dedication demonstrates a commitment by parents to raise up their children in a godly way. If you would like to have your baby dedicated on Mother's Day - Sunday, May 11 - simply complete the bulletin tear-off and place it in the offering bag on Sunday. Join Sonrise in our efforts to provide clean drinking water in Sierra Leone, Africa by participating in or supporting the It Is Well 5K on Saturday, May 10. Our members Dave & Cari Mansfield are coordinating this run/walk that starts at the church and follows area paths and neighborhood routes to the finish line at Sonrise.

The cost to participate is $40, and all proceeds will go directly to Let Them LOL, an organization that drills wells to provide clean water in Africa. Get the details and register online at ItIsWell5K.com.
