I noticed that my thinking was less "fuzzy" and slow - more sharp and quick. As a person who values intellect and is a busy business professional this has been very important in my life and career."
     Meredith Dykstra
Your brain functions better when you provide it with what it needs!

Critically important information and skills this workshop gives you:

Gain an understand of how foods and lifestyle choices are contributing to improving - or declining  -  brain function.
Learn how to select and prepare foods and meals which help support our brain function and bodies as a whole, bringing them back into balance as well as releasing stagnation.

Discover how to "read" signs of trouble before they begin to manifest through oriental and visual diagnosis.
