from your friends at Lehigh Valley Children's Centers
Children attending Lehigh Valley Children's Centers gain important skills - from reading to forming trusting relationships - which are essential to a child's success. Many of these children discovered the joy of learning thanks to your continued support this year.
132 local children benefited from LVCC scholarship assistance;
844 children explored educational enrichment programs widely ranging from practicing beginning letter sounds with puppets to hands-on science experimentation;
438 preschool and school-age students connected classroom lessons with real-life experiences through weekly summer field trips;
and 165 LVCC staff members received professional development to provide the safest and best educational experience for our students and their families.
We're helping 1,050 children grow into caring, successful learners. With your help, we can do more.
LVCC & Kiwanis Holiday Party
December 4, 2015
Every year the preschool holiday party hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Allentown gets bigger and better! Nearly 120 children from three LVCC sites in Allentown enjoyed the surprise of a magic show, the William Allen Key Club elf helpers, and a very special holiday guest - Santa! View our photo gallery.
Happy Holidays!
Dates of holiday closings

"I like to compare the holiday season with the way a child listens to a favorite story. The pleasure is in the familiar way the story begins, the anticipation of familiar turns it takes, the familiar moments of suspense, and the familiar climax and ending."
