His book series include the incredibly popular Michigan Chillers, American Chillers and Freddie Fernortner, Fearless First Grader. Students at South Meadows Elementary School will love his funny and engaging speaking style and parents will appreciate his simple message: reading and writing are the keys that will unlock success in every aspect of life for everyone!

If you thought you missed them, now you have another chance to let the Bowdish Brothers  take you on a musical journey through the great genre of American country music. Hear West Texas Swing, songs about trains, coal mining  and automobile factories, and songs by artists like Bob Wills, Billy Edd, Wheeler, The Carter Family, Cindy Walker, Merle Haggard, Hank Williams and Jimmy Rodgers.

This event was formerly scheduled on February 1, but was rescheduled for March 22 due to weather.

Join Courtney Stinson, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, in learning how to chop, dice, mince, and slice into some of the trickiest fruits and veggies. When local photographer Ralph Guenther retired, he donated all of his photo negatives to the Chelsea District Library. On the second Wednesday of each month, join librarian Emily at the Chelsea Senior Center to identify the subjects of Ralph Guenther's photographs.
