New Enterprise Online Catalog a Success!

"The addition of Facets (filters) are really helpful in narrowing my search!" "I love the new Book Stream!" "I like that I can create my own lists!" These are just a few of the comments received from users since the library went live with the new online catalog, Enterprise!

Facets: The Search Everything capability is still available, but now you can continue to narrow your search using the Facets (filters) located on the left hand side of the search list.  Author, Title, and Subject are just a few of the filters available to help you find what you are looking for and fast!

Book Stream: Located in the center of the new catalog is a slideshow that features different types of lists; from new items added to the Chelsea Library collection to several national bestseller lists. See something you'd like to check-out?  Simply click on the "Find in My Library" button to view its availability.

My Lists: This great new function allows users, after logging in, to create different lists of materials by using the small check boxes beside each title in their search results. In fact, users can create To Read and Titles Read lists to keep up with their reading lists.

Lastly, users can now email or even text items found in the catalog to themselves or to friends!
