It's Mad, Mad Science at the Kickoff! Visit the Grossology Station! Build earthquake-proof towers, and test them! Enjoy games, crafts, a bounce house, giant volleyball, karaoke, and snow cones on the library lawn.

When a prophecy traps a kingdom in eternal winter, Anna, a fearless optimist, teams up with extreme mountain man Kristoff and his sidekick reindeer Sven on an epic journey to find Anna's sister Elsa, the Snow Queen, and put an end to her icy spell. Watch the movie and sing along to the songs!

Hiking in the Big 400

Celebrate National Trails Day and the Big 400 by walking the approximately 2.5 mile portion of the famous Waterloo-Pinckney Trail connecting 2 State Recreation Areas and a Washtenaw County Park. 

Have friends or family drop off a vehicle at Park Lyndon North and carpool to Waterloo Recreation Area's Green Lake Campground Trail parking to start. Walking east with Park Naturalists we will finish our hike at Lyndon Park North. Green Lake Campground is located on the west side of M-52 approx. 1.5 miles north of Waterloo Road. Park Lyndon North is located 1.5 miles east of M-52 on N. Territorial Road.

Picture Book Walk

June 14 - July 30 

Eddy Discover Center All Ages

Go on a Bear Hunt at the Gerald E Eddy Discovery Center! Participants will venture along the Rock Walkway beside the center while reading from large installations of We're Going on a Bear Hunt, written by Michael Rosen and illustrated by acclaimed illustrator, Helen Oxenbury.  Art installations will display pages from the picture book and will be placed throughout the stroller friendly trail.

Microsoft Word 2007

Participants will receive a basic overview of Microsoft Word 2010. We'll demonstrate creating and editing documents and exploring the Ribbon to uncover the many tools this program has to offer.
