OverDrive Help Website
Gets a Makeover!

OverDrive, the provider for our Download Destination ebook service has updated their Help website.  Now users can quickly go to help.overdrive.com and see a google-like search box in which they can enter a natural language text to find what they need help with.

Below are some of the other improvements made to the site:

  • Help links are now organized by device type (our favorite change!). So if you have a Kindle Fire, a quick click on Device, then Kindle will get you specific help for that device. Help includes available formats, how to get started, and what app if necessary you need to download.
  • Quick Links takes you to general help links like ebooks, audiobooks, Getting Started, and Mobile apps.
  • Articles link gives the user an alphabetically listing of help articles by topic.

If you are a Download Destination user, or you've been afraid of trying this service, be sure to check out this newly revised Help site! Of course, you can you can always call the library for help from our staff too!
