We invite you to join Sue Whitmarsh, a registered yoga instructor, to learn firsthand the positive and profound effects yoga can have on your life. Sessions will feature soothing meditation, a 45-minute Slow Flow yoga practice of standing, balancing and seated postures and a discussion of how to carry the compassion generated through our practice into our lives. We'll be referencing the book The Power of Kindness by Piero Ferucci and have copies available to share. Bring along a yoga mat if you have one.

Please register separately for each date you plan to attend. We hope to see you at all six classes, or as many as fit your schedule.

Babytime is the perfect place to introduce your baby or toddler to the wonderful world of books. We'll be singing songs, doing bouncy rhymes, learning some "baby signing" and reading along to fun board books in the first half of this program. In the second half, the toys come out! While the babies play (and learn to share!), caregivers have a chance to socialize and exchange information.
