CrossBow, a Celtic fiddle group based in Allendale, MI, will bring their spirited performance to Chelsea Alehouse. Playing fiddles, woodwinds, mandolin, banjo, guitars, and drums, the 13 members of CrossBow will entertain with a variety of Scottish and Celtic music, plus a few popular covers with a Celtic twist. Space is limited, show up early.

Friends LogoPlease join the Friends of Chelsea District Library to elect new board members, review the past year, and hear a presentation by library director Bill Harmer on the state of e-books in libraries.

All terms are for one year. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor. LEGO Club | Children ages 5-12 can create structures and stories during this one hour of free play using our extensive LEGO collection.

Tuesday, February 5
One-on-One Computer Help | Computer volunteers will be on hand to answer questions about computers, the Internet, Microsoft applications and other technology issues.
  
Babytime | We'll be singing songs, doing bouncy rhymes, learning some "baby signing" and reading along to fun board books in the first half of this program. In the second half, the toys come out! 

Wednesday, February 6
Winter Storytime (2-6 year olds) | I
ntroduce your child to the wonderful world of books by reading great stories, singing funny songs, and making each story come alive through puppets, fingerplays and movement.

Thursday, February 7
Toddlertime
Learn about letters, numbers, colors, and shapes. Don't worry; there will still be plenty of time for playing with toys!

St. Louis Center Win $100,000       
   

 

ESPN Infinity Coaches Charity Challenge
St. Louis Center has again been chosen by Michigan Basketball Coach John Beilein as his favorite charity for this year's Infiniti Coaches' Charity Challenge on ESPN.com.

The contest pits Beilein against 47 other NCAA basketball coaches for a chance to win $100,000 for his favorite charity.  

 

Last year, Beilein finished as the runner-up to Ohio State University in the Midwest Division.

 

This is a social media contest requiring people to vote using the Internet, so help Coach Beilein and St. Louis Center win by voting daily.

 

Coach Beilein and the Michigan Men's Basketball Team are currently ranked nationally in the Top-10.
