Voting News: Trial on Permanent Injunction of Voter ID Starts July 15
The Law Center continues to move forward against Pennsylvania's infamous voter identification law, which threatens to disenfranchise thousands of elderly, low-income, and rural voters. The trial to secure a permanent injunction of the law begins on July 15 with a new trial judge taking over the reins: Bernard L. McGinley.
