Fun for all the family - October 2015

 
This October, visit your local library for The Family learning festival as well as a range of events for all ages. Did you know you can borrow popular magazines online for free? Plus, catch up with the latest news from the library service.
Family Learning Festival comes to Slough Library
Celebrate learning with Slough Libraries! Your first chance to get involved is Wednesday 7 October, 5pm when the youth service is bringing generations together to share stories and experiences.  
 
Also look out for Family Art Therapy at Britwell at 2pm on Wednesday 28 October, Knit and Natter at Langley 2pm on Wednesday 28 October and Family Bollywood Dancing on Monday 26 October 2.30pm at Cippenham Library.

Free from Slough Libraries you can practise for the international English test - IELTS. Also, you can improve your grammar with the Tense Buster.

Find courses on learning other languages, starting new hobbies and a wide range of other topics as well on the Learning page of the website.
Have a spooky half term with your children
As well as family learning activities this half term, come along to Britwell, Cippenham, Langley and Slough Libraries for stories and craft and make a bat that flaps its wings.
