This corporate bond investment will:
- Deliver a 7% per annum income, paid half-yearly
- Income will increase annually in line with the Consumer Prices Index
- Provide additional bonus return of 10% on investment at maturity
- Be fully asset backed, secured against UK residential property
- Exit option after 3 years*
- Be managed by a very experienced property manager and developer
* Investors exiting after 3 years will not be eligible for 2.5% per annum maturity bonus
