As I start off the beginning of the rest of my life with my new bride we want you to know that we love and appreciate all of you. God Bless you now and always.

This week's featured book in our Gift Store is a new release, just published. Please check it out and if you decide to purchase this new novel, please let me know what you think of it and if you would like to see more titles from this publisher.

Is there no way out?
Tessa loathes being forced to work in her father's illegal drug business. Yet her ill-fated attempts at running away only deepen the abuse. Guilt and shame press in, pushing away her real friends and reinforcing her own criminal tendencies.

Tessa yearns for freedom - and something else. Then a neighbor introduces her to God and salvation through Christ. But will faith be enough? Can she overcome the forces that bind her before it's too late?

Where Is My Faith? By : Curt Klingerman

There are times when believers feel as if they are standing completely alone. It feels like God is nowhere near to steady their wobbly knees. They hear creaking noises above their heads, as if everything is about to cave in on them. The floor looks as if it might give way at any moment, and the walls do not bring much comfort as the winds rise to a tornadic pitch. "Where is my faith?" The questioning begins.

Scripture tells us, "He hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. And this Word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain" (Hebrews 12:26-27, KJV). While there is a broader application to this passage, we can take away one on a more personal level. Ironically, in order for us to stand firm in the Faith, the Lord has to shake out everything we put our trust in that is not connected to Him. Truthfully, there is only One place to put our faith, and that is in Him. It is only then that He is free to let His Faith flow though us, so we may walk by His Faith and not ours. When He does the impossible at the last possible moment, our confidence shifts. Meaning, we move from being self-confident to being confident in the One Who lives in us. Until a person puts all his confidence in God, he will never have true confidence. When it appears that God is missing in action, we have to remind ourselves that He is working behind the scenes.

When we stand or learn to stand alone, as it were, we are actually standing for others as well. While the faith of Jesus does strengthen us, it also strengthens others. In fact, the primary objective is to bless others. Just as those who triumph in hardship through Christ Jesus encourage us, others are encouraged by our victories as well. What does that mean? It means we never stand alone in the truest sense of the word. How many have you prayed for who has been going through the stuff? More than likely, there are unseen others standing with you in prayer. There is One Who most definitely stands with you. How else do you think you stand in rough times?

Weekly Devotional -Inspired by Rev 7:9-12 - Stuff - by Ennis Smith

Naked a man comes from his mother's womb, and as he comes, so he departs. He takes nothing from his labor that he can carry in his hand. Ecclesiastes 5:15 (NIV)

One of the most difficult obstacles to out maneuver throughout this lifetime of ours, is the accumulation of stuff. In the first five chapters of Ecclesiastes, King Solomon ponders the meaningless pursuits of the human heart devoid of God's direction. We tend to become consumed with the never-ending chase of acquiring more stuff to validate our own existence. Keeping up with the Jones; coveting thy neighbor's boat; forgoing tithes to save up for that classic car of our youthful days; stuff can hinder our walk with God.

I have a neighbor who owns seven cars; his pride and joy being a classic '67. Upon his death, he plans to have the car crushed and buried in an adjoining plot next to his casket. He plans to take the car with him into his afterlife.

In verse 10 of the same chapter, King Solomon states, "whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income." Accumulation of stuff takes our focus away from dependence on God. If we pray, "give me just enough to sustain my needs" that pretty much negates a "need" to accumulate stuff. We enter the world with nothing, and we leave it the same way. God never said, "Bring the Cadillac."
