The following Scouting positions are required to be Trained in order to recharter for 2016:  Board Members, Commissioners, Chartered Organization Representatives, District Committee Members, Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, Venture Crew Advisors, Unit Committee Members, and Professional Staff.  Additional training information may be found here.

With recharter season, we know that many units are focusing on your training status and the required training requirement. As a registered leader, you can search your own training record if you use Training Validation on myscouting.org. You can search by your member id number or your userid.

The training committee is offering many options to meet training requirements including live training, DVD's and USB drives available from the Council Service Center and HMSR and online training. Visit our Training Helps page through the Council Website or click here and follow the links for more information.

For questions about your training status, call the Council Service Center to be directed to your district training chair or district executive.
