Scouts of any age can earn a Recruiter Patch by simply having a friend join scouting any time in 2015!

The process is simple:

  1. Submit a completed application with payment for the new youth to the council office.
  2. Put the name of the Scout that recruited the new member above the unit number on the upper right hand corner of the new member's application.
  3. Collect your Free Patch at the Beaver Family Service Center Scout Shop.

On June 26th the Hawk Mountain Council and the Fightin Phils are providing an opportunity for 8 Scouts to go on the field and throw out a First Pitch on Scout Night. Every Scout that recruits a friend to join between April 25 and June 19, will have a chance to win. One entry will be awarded for every youth member recruited. Recruit 2 friends and receive 2 chances to win, recruit 5 friends and receive 5 chances to win. Two Scouts from each district will be chosen at random and contacted on June 22.
