One of the hallmarks of Scouting is that its programs bring together people from all clutures, religions and races together for one common purpose....to prepare young men and women for life.

December is a special month for many of us.  While alot of us will be celebrating Christmas or have celebrated Hanukkah, we should also remember that some of our Scouting family will be observing Ashura, Bodhi Day, the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Yalda or Shab-e Yalda, Kwanzaa and the Celebration of the New Year.
