Final payments are due by Wednesday, November 27, 2013. If your unit qualified for the extra incentive of exceeding your 2012 total sales, your unit's Cubmaster or Scoutmaster will receive a check from the council for the appropriate amount.

| 2013 Scouting For Food is Another Success! |
Thanks to everyone that participated in the 2013 Scouting For Food Drive. Scouts and adults collected food on November 9 at twelve (12) Berks County sites; delivering over 53,000 pounds of food to the Greater Berks Food Bank. This year's total was about 8,000 pounds above last year's collection. Scouts from Schuylkill County also collected and delivered 12,000 pounds of food to area food pantries. Over $750 in financial contributions were collected in addition to the food. This money will allow the Food Bank to purchase over 9,000 pounds of food during the holiday season.
Your efforts made a significant impact to help improve the lives of families that find themselves in difficult times.
Scouting For Food patches for participants are available for purchase at our Scout Shops.
