Instant Energy

Perhaps not quite what  you pictured from the title, this is the going green version for instant energy.  Green in the form of my favorite instant energy -juiced or blended greens.

The Link Between Alzheimer's and Fat Deprivation

I heard Bruce Fife and his compelling data presented at a professional conference I attended in March.  He has invested his knowledge in conjunction with numerous other experts to help people heal naturally and even reverse symptoms of brain related "disease".  Healthy fats like coconut and olive oil,  support numerous neurological processes.  Eat some prevention.  Here are several articles to expand your knowledge and perhaps help someone in your life regain their precious memories.
