Our statistically significant annual report contains a wealth of digital sector insight that will help you to benchmark current and proposed future activity.

This year we have reached a tipping point from an online member engagement perspective and we review a range of critical topic areas including online self-service, rendered content, online member personalisation, online value perception and more.

The report will form a critical part of our preperations for our Harnessing the Web 2016 Conference highlighted below.

Thanks to our Official Partner, ASI Europe, and our Official Research Partner, Research by Design.

Our network is all about enabling the dissemination of targeted and relevant content. Its not always about broadcasting and sharing problems/solutions can provide great value. We again 'walk the talk' in this area...

At Membership Excellence 2016 we will champion this concept via 8 dedicated Hack sessions (supported by Core) that will enable association and membership professionals to share unique insght and solve membership related problems.

Sessions will cover topics including Existing Member Retention, Membership Segmentation, New Member Recruitment, Income Generation, Business Development, Member Engagement, Member Publications, Member Benefits and Membership Development. Read more...

  Royal Charter Consultancy Service

There are a number of reasons why your organisation may wish to
consider petitioning for a Royal Charter, including:

- Recognition of professional expertise -
- Increased public confidence and awareness -
   - Strengthen the organisation/brand -
- Create aspiration -
The granting of a Royal Charter is reserved for eminent professional bodies or charities which have a solid record of achievement and are financially sound. In the case of professional bodies, they should represent a field of activity which is unique and not covered by other professional bodies.
We can help you to understand the benefits and give an in-depth knowledge to help
you consider the position of your organisation.
