I can honestly say that (yet again!) we are all 'winding up' rather than 'winding down' prior to Christmas break, but then again we are hopefully all working harder and smarter than ever before! Only a couple more weeks to go!


Next conference announced - Our next national conference, Membership Excellence 2015, has launched with a BANG on Monday with 800 visitors viewing our conference website and 20 association and membership professionals registering in just one day!

Membership 360* @ The Shard (Quick Review)
On the 18th November over 70 senior association and membership professionals gathered at the Shangri-La at The Shard, London, to focus on a 360 degree review of membership.

The event was hosted by MemberWise Recognised Supplier, FT Solutions and was a great success!

Sessions featured a member retention session by Mel Sallis (from Propeller Marketing), a membership health check and Harnessing the Web session by Richard Gott (MemberWise) and a practitioner session delivered by the National Farmers' Union (NFU) on their Trade Association Forum Award winning Social Media Campaign during the recent floods in the South West.


Although the views were amazing the content was a priority for the day and it was great and much valued benchmarking and networking opportunity. A big thank you to the MemberWise VIP guests for attending and to FT Solutions for putting on a day that delivered great value.

MemberWise Social Media Training Tomorrow

Each year we arrange two interactive training courses focused on improving membership body online social media/networking activity. 


The course is a great way for you to ensure you are aware of the latest platform developments and online social tips/tricks linked to enhanced membership engagement.

Social Media Seminars 

Our course will take place in London tomorrow and I will deliver a special Membership Marketing via Social Media themed session. It will include a mixture of organisations doing 'great things' linked to member retention and recruitment, and practical help and advice to ensure delegates' online social activity is optimised.

MemberWise Facilitates HFMA Away Day Session
The Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) has a number of members of staff who subscribe to the MemberWIse Network.    

In November the network 
was invited to present at the HFMA's first Branch Conference; a well attended London event that included Regional Chairs and key HFMA members of staff at all levels.

The purpose of the conference was to disseminate corporate information to the regions, enable the sharing of best practice and enable the regions to feed into future initiatives.
