TAF Awards & Conference - TAs - Will you be there?
Excitement is mounting as TAF is fast approaching its Annual Conference and TA Best Practice Awards and Networking Dinner!

The Annual Conference will be taking place earlier that day from lunchtime, so do take advantage of their combined tickets resulting in savings for you.
Our contact, Jocelyn Rudnick can also provide access to discounted rail travel and excellent hotel rates.

MemberWise Chair, Richard Gott, will be attending as a one of this year's judges, along with MemberWise Recognised Supplier, Susie Kay, from the Professionalism Group. It is great to also see Deeson Member Communications as one of the leading sponsors!

Video Insight - Member Segmentation (IOP)
In this MemberWise Insight Stephanie Richardson, Head of Membership at the Institute of Physics (IOP), communicates how they effectively segment by member need at all career stages.

Stephanie outlines how Student members have very different needs to Fellows and communicates how the IOP works to both meet and exceed these needs/requirements.

Stephanie also takes the opportunity to update the sector on how taking membership upgrades online can make a real difference and that interactive PDF submission can at least be a 'half way house'.

Stephanie's Top Tip - Actively listen to your members and go way beyond membership surveys.
