Invitation to 'Web Survey' Results Launch

In late 2012 we consulted with over 3,000 membership and associations to understand how the membership sector harnesses the power of the web to drive membership value and growth, and its plans for the future.

The results contained within this survey make for compelling reading and are both unique and statistically significant.

Sponsors of the report, IndigoBlue and the MemberWise Network are delighted to announce an evening dedicated to the launch of the survey report.

This free event (to be held at the RSA, London) will provide you with insight into current and proposed usage of the web in driving online member value.

Richard Gott of MemberWise will present the report with insight provided by IndigoBlue's Managing Director, Rob Smith.

The event will provide:

- Unique insight into the current use of the web within our sector
- An opportunity to benchmark current and proposed future activity
- An opportunity to network with membership/association professionals

The programme for the event will be as follows:

17.30 - 18.00: Registration and refreshments
18.00 - 19.30: Seminar and discussion
19:30 onwards: Refreshments, canapés & networking

Calling all CPD Professionals!

CPD Futures is hosting a discussion seminar on 6th February 2013.

The purpose of the seminar is to discuss:

- What new forms of CPD appear to be emerging in individuals' CPD records, and how they might be recognised and validated.
- How feedback from CPD records might be improved to add value to professionals who have submitted records via audits or online logs.

With a variety of institutes attending including the Association of Project Management, the ACCA and the Royal College of GPs,
Places are limited and filling fast. Through lively discussion and examples, CPD Futures is aiming to:

 - Collectively improve the communication of feedback to professionals,
 - Improve general understanding on raising standards for the provision of 'traditional' and 'new forms' of CPD.
- Aid thinking with membership organisations about their CPD recording and audit processes.

If you are interested in attending, please email our colleague Diane Smith at diane@cpdresearch.com

Interested attendees should note that we are asking for some examples of anonymised CPD submissions to be bought along by attendees, so that their contents can be reviewed and discussed against the session objectives.
