The following article indicates that the previously announced new Gildan spinning plant in Mocksville, NC will be larger than originally suggested:

AKC Note: There had been some questions raised whether Gildan was going ahead with the Mocksville location as the 3rd new North Carolina spinning plant that they announced in 2013, but based on this article it appears the delay was caused by them needing additional space to build a larger plant than originally anticipated. The first new plant in Salisbury is already running and the 2nd plant in Salisbury is under construction.
