Indorama announces another acquisition, purchasing a 51% stake in the Turkish polyester producer SASA:

AKC Note: SASA is a long standing Turkish polyester producer based in Adana under the powerful Sabanci Group. They are the largest staple producer in Turkey and the 2nd largest textile filament producer. Indorama's growth in the last 5 years has been truly remarkable; the most recent major fibers acquisition was that of PHP Fibers in February 2014.
