Sometimes, though, it may seem difficult to keep up with maintaining that life. We run out of time or forget to continue a new habit... something gets us off our game. To that end, our March newsletter is all about avoiding the backslide. Enjoy!

1. Periodically take inventory of the items in your home. Are you using everything you have? Does it serve a purpose?
2. Hit the "reset" button in the morning before your day starts or at night before bed (depending on when you are the most productive).
3. Create a "Landing Strip" by the door. This helps with entering and exiting your home. There should be a spot for keys, wallets, purses, and shoes. Also, it is helpful to have a spot for the umbrella and reusable shopping bags. Have the kids put their school bags in this area before bed so they are ready to go when they leave for school.
4. Identify the cause of your clutter. Is it too much paper? Get a shredder/recycling bin so unneeded papers stop stacking up. Is your countertop cluttered?
