First 100 day coaching - Hemal
The first few months of a new job can be daunting, especially when you have a trial period to prove yourself and are a natural worrier. Hemal was intelligent, self-aware and keen to learn and grow, things that help clients to get the most from their coaching.
We helped him to focus on priorities, understand key priorities and deliverables from his employer's point of view and shared tools to work efficiently and effectively.
