Tues Fun Run w Brooks Tuesday, October 21
5:30pm Sign in; 6:15pm Fun Run
This week we'll be joined by Zoot Sports for the weekly fun run!  We have several in-store items from Zoot including compression, apparel and footwear.  Be ready to shop, as this one night only we'll be offering 20% off Zoot items for the fun run participants only!  Show up, run, shop, eat, drink and be merry!  Pizza provided by Under the Sun Eatery and Taphouse, beer provided by Avery Brewing Company.

1:00pm Podcast Recording with Dr. Zandi and RL Smith
George Thomas with Over the Top radio will be interviewing Dr. Sephr Zandi and RL Smith about how the relationship between chiropractic and FDM work has been a perfect marriage with custom insoles and a specialty running store.  If you'd like to hear more about the work of either of these traits, look for the upcoming recording in the next newsletter, as well as on our webpage.  You are also welcome to sit in on the recording live at the store!!

7:00am Fun Run from NCAR trailhead
This early morning run is the perfect start to a Friday!  All levels welcome for this 45 minute - 1 hour trail run leaving from the NCAR trailhead.  After the run, meet back at the Flatirons Running store for bagels, coffee, and social time!

8:45am Yoga for Athletes - bring $5 and your own yoga mat
Instructor Erin Roy leads this yoga class designed for the athlete in all of you!  One hour of finding your Om and then relax even more with bagels, coffee and conversation.  Friday's are GREAT at Flatirons Running!

Looking for a low-key 5k? Run the Buffer Buffalo, November 2nd and support the CU Triathlon Team! This 5k is on the CU Main Campus - start at Balch Fieldhouse at 9 am. Register online at cutriathlon.com and help the team in their quest for their 6th consecutive national championship!

Support Community Food Share with a Boulder Thanksgiving Day tradition: 5k Turkey Trot at Potts Field. It's a fun race for a great cause and Flatirons Running is providing some nice prizes, too! Race is Thanksgiving Day, Nov 27th at 10 am. Sign up online or in-store at Flatirons Running.
