- The first-time you come for class, bring your voucher with you. Once we confirm the number at the front desk, you can sign-up ahead of time on-line if you like (isn't necessary)
- Arrive 15 minutes early for your initial paperwork and a brief tour of our space.
- Bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not, you can borrow ours.
- Wear something comfortable (stretchy) - yoga clothes, gym tees, tank shirts and shorts work. We practice with bare feet.
