Are you practicing JAMP? I have found it to be extremely effective.
Journaling - keep a journal with your free-flowing thoughts without any agenda or self judgment. You'll be surprised at what comes up. I like to refer to it as "cleaning out the pipes."
Affirming - what you are telling yourself matters. Consider positive affirmations such as "success follows me," or "I am deserving of unconditional love," or whatever you desire and say it in the present moment as if it is already occurring. Affirmations are more powerful than you can ever imagine. Click here to learn more.
Meditating - give your mind some room to quietly tap into your higher self, again, without any agenda or self judgment.
Prayer - connect to something greater than ourselves driven by an attitude of gratitude.
Remember, they're brief yet insightful, and easy to share.
What are you singing at the top of your lungs while driving alone in your car? Please do share! If you have any music you think I could use for my Spinning class I'd love to hear it. I'm always looking for a wide variety of fun and invigorating tunes, new and old, to keep my class motivated. Send the title and artist to my email at anatootle@aol.com. Thanks for sharing!
