The initial introduction of the Fabco Fast Shipping Program included 2 of the most popular product types in the air cylinder market. Both the FCQN Series OEM Type NFPA Interchangeable cylinder line and the F Series Non-Repairable Interchangeable product line are included in the Fabco Fast Shipping Program. The program is designed to be modular, i.e., relevant Fabco-Air product lines will be periodically added to the program.
The FCQN Series (OEM NFPA Interchangeable) 2 Day Program includes:
- 5 bore sizes (1-1/2" - 4")
- Strokes up to 10" in 1/4" increments
- 9 different NFPA Interchangeable mounting type
- Adjustable air cushions standard on both ends of the cylinder
- Magnetic piston for position sensing is a standard feature
- All cylinders include stainless steel tie-rods
- High temperature seals are an option
The F Series (Non-Repairable Interchangeable) 2 Day Program includes:
- 2 bore sizes (5/16" - 3")
- Strokes to a 1/16" increment
- 23 different mounting styles/types
- The most popular options
- High temperature seals
- Bumpers
- Magnetic strip on the piston for position feedback
- Rod extension
- Thread extension
The Fabco Fast Shipping Program is both comprehensive and easy! Subsequently, Fabco-Air guarantees to ship up to a quantity of 10 of the same cylinder (from the Fabco Fast catalog) in 2 business days (or less) or Fabco-Air picks up the shipping expense. Orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. (EST). Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered as business days. For example, orders received before 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday will be guaranteed to ship on Friday.
Additional program details:
- All cylinders are 100% tested
- No premiums applied to program
- Cylinder switches, mounting accessories, and related items will ship with cylinders
