Award-Winners Announced / show continues through November 24 at RS Hanna Gallery in Fredericksburg, Texas 
 
Montana sculptor Sherry Salari-Sander took Best in Show honors in the annual Juried Competition for her bronze, Summer in the High Country (shown left).   Salari-Sander was one of fourteen AWA Associate members who received recognition in what jurors and patrons alike called an outstanding exhibition of work from around the country and Canada.

Demo Day in Fredericksburg, Texas

"I am totally happy I came," said associate member Carol Amos after watching Master Signature Member Elizabeth Robbin's still life demonstration (shown below).  "This whole weekend is sensory overload. I'm just consumed with things I could be doing, should be doing!  How do I raise my level of performance to keep up with what I've been seeing?"  Robbins was joined by Signature members Jeanne Mackenzie (shown left) and Judeth Davis (shown below) for a full day of art in the making.

feature in-depth editorial and member-profiles.  The 16th Annual AWA Member Show and Juried Competition received the best coverage yet, bringing our member artists to a national attention and acclaim.

Suzanne generously provided housing for Demo Artists and Donna added her keen eye to the judging process.
