Time to Assess Your Business PowerPoint Presentations' Performance
Improve Your Presentation Results by Looking at Last Year's Winners and Losers
With the end of 2015 on the not-too-distant horizon, it's a good time to reflect... on your work, your achievements, and especially your business PowerPoint presentations. It's time to sit down with all of your presentations from the past year, identify the big winners and losers, and take stock of when and why things went right or wrong.

This is a valuable exercise, because it allows you to build on your successes and figure out how to avoid repeating any failures. Our "less than shining moments" can sting, but often prove to be the most valuable opportunities for improvement and strengthening future performance. Read on.
eSlide's Quick Tip of the Month
Choose a Custom Color for Your PNG Image
We've received a good question from one of our readers: "I wanted to change color of a PNG image, but I can do it only for the limited standard colors given in PowerPoint. If I want to give that image my choice of color, how do I do it?"

PowerPoint is constantly becoming more powerful and allows users to do things that used to require Photoshop or other special image editing software. The irony is that sometimes it can be a challenge to find out how to access these features.

Here, you want access to the MORE COLORS option which can be found by selecting your image and then navigating under the PICTURE TOOLS/FORMAT/COLOR/MORE VARIATIONS palette as shown in Figure 1.
If you try to achieve this by right-clicking your image to access the FORMAT PICTURES tool, the MORE COLORS option is mysteriously absent, as shown in Figure 2.

Thanks to our reader Parth for the interesting question - we hope the answer makes everyone's workflow a little less stressful!
